Don Vaughan Advocates for the Triad in Raleigh
Former Greensboro City Councilman and Senate Candidate Don Vaughan goes to Raleigh with the Greensboro Partnership to push for more local funding.

Don met forty Greensboro citizens representing businesses and community organizations from around the Triad to participate in The Greensboro Partnership's annual trip to Raleigh on June 3rd . The trip gives local Greensboro business and community leaders an opportunity to meet with legislators in the General Assembly and outline the priorities for the city.

The Partnership advocated the attached agenda regarding the North Carolina A&T / UNCG Joint School of Nanoscience and Nanoengineering, the Joint Primary Data Center , the International Civil Rights Museum, and the High Point Furniture Market.

With years of leadership experience for Greensboro , Don has long been a voice for the economic interests of the Triad, and will continue to make the region's voice heard when he is elected to the State Senate.
